Johnny Rodriguez
Johnny Rodriguez is the Strategic Innovation Director over at Fresh Consulting. Johnny's teams are responsible for designing, building, and deploying both internal and external-facing software and hardware products to help individuals and businesses all over the world. Johnny prides himself in being customer focused, data-driven, and operating with a growth mindset, all while overseeing the development of over 28 products.
Johnny regularly contributes to thought leadership around design, development, augmented and virtual reality, and is an active member of the Fresh Band. He also tweets regularly via @tryjohnny. Outside of work, Johnny enjoys spending time with his wife, Alyssa, and their three children.
Elisha Terada

As Technical Innovation Director at Fresh Consulting, I am responsible for helping businesses of all types and sizes to strategically adopt emerging technologies to get ahead of their competitors
I’m a creator at heart. While acting as a Director overseeing multiple projects and collaborating with talents across different time zones, I manage to spend a significant amount of time coding for the projects. When I’m not working, I invest my time learning something new ranging from creativity to the latest tech that I can adopt in my work.
